Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with

Queue Time is operated by Kinson Management Limited (“we”, “us”), trading as “Queue Time”. When you use the app or buy a Full Pass, your contract is with Kinson Management Limited. By continuing to use Queue Time you agree to these terms. If you buy a pass you must be an adult, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.

2. The service

Queue Time is a collection of family party games that run on your phone, including offline. A free sample of each game is available to everyone. The Full Pass unlocks all game content for the account that bought it. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app for your household.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account and for giving accurate information.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the app for anything unlawful, fraudulent or for spam;
  • infringe anyone’s intellectual property;
  • interfere with the app’s security, introduce malware, probe or scrape it;
  • copy, resell or redistribute the game content, or get around the Full Pass.

5. Intellectual property

We own the app, its software, game content, design and the Queue Time name. Character and film names in guessing cards and quizzes belong to their owners and are used only as clues. Queue Time is not affiliated with or endorsed by any theme park or film studio.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle’s Buyer Terms. The monthly pass (99p) renews each month until you cancel; you keep access until the end of the paid month. The lifetime pass (£2.99) is a single payment.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep Queue Time running, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. The app is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, don’t pay, or create a security or fraud risk. If your account ends, we delete your account details as described in our Privacy Notice.

9. Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
